Would give it 5 stars if it would fit in 1/2 inch conduit. 5/8 is a wierd size

Are they new?

I purchased 2 and received them in what appeared to be factory sealed box. I opened the first one and the body looked liked it had been used and then returned as the paint on the Mallard body was scratched and looking like it needed touch up paint. I assumed it was a one off and would just touch it up before the season. I opened the second and found it was the same, also scratches on the body. Guess it wasn’t a one off. For me, not a tremendous issue but I hope quality control would be something that you look into.
