I need to replace the battery for my Pulsator Mallard, but there is no access to the battery in the bottom of the battery box. Now I have to order a new battery box along with the new battery that I already purchased. I'm not happy with having to spend another $17.00 on top of the $41.99 that I have already spent!

Needed a new box when I ordered a new battery because the old box had the battery attached. Only problem I had with ordering a new battery.

I am very happy with the quick and speedy service. Not happy with the shipping I payed for a replacement box on a pulsator XS less than 2 years old with limited use. The wire snapped where it met the box. when I unplugged the bilge. On my higdon swimmer, I took appart as a precaution to ensure the cables were not wearing. Good news is they were not due to thicker wire. Bad news is both latches on the battery box were broken and I have never taken the decoy apart. I like the integrated battery box in the the XS swimmer and pulstor more than old style (I also have 2 old style pulsators). I am just tired of replacing all the parts and paying premium shipping to do so. Very disappointed in the boxes for both the pulsator and the swimmer.
