Still haven’t received it

Ordered it on the 6th and now the 20th and still haven’t received my order

Higdon customer service SUCKS.

This order was placed on December 4 and I have yet to receive it (December 19th as I type this) with several correspondence with your associates. I have come to the determination that you have an inferior product with bridle wires on the XS line of kickers and pulsators. the chargers & your batteries are subpar and your customer service does not care about the customer.

this is sad, I will have a hard time spending any more of my hard earned money on your products. I will go ahead and give someone else a try.
