XS Replacement Bilge Pump

Arrived fast to replace a damaged unit and worked for a little while before it stopped after only a couple hunts. Kudos for outstanding customer service, but pulsator pro mallard stopped working - I think it's the battery (have had this unit several years); so, I'll probably order new one in the offseason.

Asked support how to fix Pulsator that is stuck on . Or what is needed to fix timer.
Told to order bilge pump… $44.00 delivered but timer is not in pump? Now still need timer. Season is over ! Guess I will look at other manufacturers for next season!
