Clone Replacement Stake

I have two Canada Goose Clones, the old stakes were very thin and did not hold up in the wind we have here in Colorado, I bought two new poles the first time out the bottom coupler came off, I fixed it and so far, so good.

This stake is by far and away better than the stake that comes with the clone. The wind raises he’ll with my clone. I like to put the decoy a little higher in the spread to get the birds attention from further away. It catches the wind and over the day it bend the original stake. This one holds up considerably better. It’s like the designer only hunts on nonwindy days!
